When does the recruiting process begin? Our full-time Analyst and Associate classes start in July and are primarily comprised of our past summer interns. Training includes core investment banking skills, such as: accounting, valuation and modeling, and pitch book development. You will also work with a variety of financial products, including public and private debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory. Students receive a generalist offer for all Capital Markets summer internship programs.
