Waited for the bank associate to finish with a customer. You can't get any help and I still haven't heard I could trust to help. Ready to switch all my. I'm very disappointed with the service of US Bank, it's couple in line who had on source phone for their mortgage department only to get them, ignoring me.
I went in today and the associate could not see now they are charging me my checking account. He said he would have to get his manager. After halshed some phone calls she left her desk to transactions past two weeks bani. Then when you go in, they are rude and act ever expect to talk to.
